User ID and Password

Your Banner user ID is the same as your campus ID. E-mail bantrain@gsu.edu if you have questions about your Banner user ID.
The University Auditors have advised that ALL system applications adopt a password policy which forces users to change passwords on a regular basis. In keeping with this recommendation — and in light of the many security issues in the current computing environment — Georgia State has implemented this policy with the Banner system.

Please refer to the password complexity rules located on the Change your Campus ID Password page. Review more password guidelines and policy [PDF].
